ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Sixt Armenia is looking for a result-oriented individual with leadership skills for the position of Head of Chauffeur Service who will organize and supervise chauffeurs' entire work process.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Organize and oversee chauffeurs' work process on a daily bases;
- Develop and plan productive business strategy of the chauffeur service;
- Identify emerging issues, follow the complaints and suggest solutions;
- Implement analyses related to chauffeurs' work and prepare corresponding reports;
- Ensure excellent customer service in accordance with the standards set by the Company;
- Perform other job-related duties.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Higher education;
- At least 1 year of experience in a managerial field;
- Communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
- Fluency in Russian and English languages;
- High sense of responsibility; excellent time management and organizational skills;
- Result-oriented and service minded person;
- Stress resistance, conflict management skills;
- Driving license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
