ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
The incumbent will investigate and gather all kind of information on existing and potential clients which might be useful for decision making in credit matters. He/ she will provide the departments and branches with information on their clients, upon their request and whenever necessary. He/ she will also manage the follow-up and collection of doubtful loans (retail and commercial) and ensure proper remedial actions.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Ensure maintenance of credit information files on all the Bank's existing and potential clients and conduct periodic checking on them;- Handle continuous data exchange with the Central Bank of Armenia and ACRA Credit Bureau to ensure a timely update of the databases;
- Review information reports required by departments, branches and other banks;
- Maintain a dynamic database that serves both risk and marketing needs with a cost/ benefit approach;
- Manage and supervise the follow-up and collection of the classified accounts portfolio;
- Review warning letters sent to non-performing clients; remain updated of contact results and clients' statuses;
- Hold meetings with clients, whenever needed, to negotiate and communicate new terms of repayment or settlement;
- Control cases under responsibility of Compulsory Enforcement Service;
- Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Economics, Finance, and Management;- At least 2 years of banking experience in managerial position with the same responsibilities;
- Good knowledge of English language, including verbal and written communication skills;
- Good command of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel;
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills;
- Strong self control and stress tolerance;
- Self-starter with a strong drive for results;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
