ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Varks.am is looking for a Head of Debt Collection Unit. The incumbent will organize, direct and ensure effective and efficient debt collection process.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Oversee and direct the teams within Debt Collection Unit;
- Improve processes and develop comprehensive procedures;
- Establish efficient cooperation with the related structural and functional units, business partners and suppliers;
- Lead large number of staff, ensuring consistent development and feedback;
- Ensure compliance with RA legislation and CBA legal acts;
- Maintain smooth and efficient workflow, prioritize and delegate the work within the Unit;
- Analyze portfolio and make data driven decisions;
- Set targets, develop KPIs, perform initiatives to improve key results;
- Implement and improve employee motivational system;
- Mitigate operational and fraud risks based on the risk appetite;
- Target best practices and automate processes to the possible extent;
- Improve analytical reporting to meet business needs.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Higher education in Business Administration or Finance;
- At least 5 years of working experience in financial institutions in a managerial position;
- Sound skills in project management;
- Ability to lead large number of employees;
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills;
- Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills;
- Excellent MS Office knowledge;
- Strong participative and supportive leader skills and ability to coordinate the increasing number of subordinates;
- Stress-resistant and self-motivated personality.
