Ramada Hotel and Suites Yerevan is looking for a Head of Financial Department who will be responsible for all the accounting and financial requirements of the Company, also for providing financial support, advice and expertise to the General Manager and Hotel team, with the aim of maximizing value.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Direct and administer all financial operations of the Hotel, including but not limited to asset protection, financial reporting, systems management, Hotel-wide budget and forecasting, department management, and meeting participation and facilitation;- Ensure compliance with all generally accepted accounting principles;
- Serve as a financial adviser to Hotel management and ownership;
- Monitor and approve all sales, purchases, salaries and expenses of the Hotel;
- Assist and counsel department heads in the interpretation and analysis of financial data, recommending courses of action to maximize Hotel profitability;
- Prepare annual plan, projections and budgets;
- Monitor and develop team member performance, including but not limited to providing supervision and professional development, scheduling, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Higher education in Finance or a relevant field;- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Hotel experience will be considered as a plus;
- Excellent knowledge of local accounting rules and managerial accounting;
- Knowledge of IFRS is preferable;
- Familiarity with MS Office programs, particularly Excel and Outlook;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Detail-oriented person with a thorough and methodical approach;
- Strong leadership skills;
- Experience with PMS like Opera is preferable;
- Fluency in English and Russian languages.
