ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
Atenk is looking for a Head of Import Department. The Head of Import Department ensures that the Company's materials and products meet all of their specifications. He/ she locates key suppliers and negotiates purchasing agreements with them on behalf of the Company to get higher quality goods at the lowest prices possible from all over the world.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Responsible for compilation of inquiries and execution of orders;- Responsible for organization and control of the whole import process;
- Prepare proposals, request quotes and negotiate purchase terms and conditions;
- Prepare and issue purchase orders and agreements;
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns;
- Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items and resolve shortcomings;
- Analyse industry and demand trends and support senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Relations or a similar field is preferred;- Proven work experience as an International Procurement Specialist or Import Specialist;
- Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills;
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Armenian Software is desirable;
- Proficient written and oral communication skills in Armenian, Russian and English languages.
