ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis and study global Fintech innovation trends;- Proactively search for new innovative ideas and business opportunities;
- Develop innovation strategy for the bank;
-Develop and manage budgets for new innovative projects and initiatives;
-Offer and implement innovations;
- Test new ideas or concepts before they are implemented in the marketplace;
- Ensure timely and successful commercialization of approved initiatives;
- Work closely with business and product teams to continuously inject innovations in the processes and products of the bank;
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to enhance innovative thinking at Bank;
- Guide and lead team members in providing innovative solutions;
- Prepare periodic reports and present to management.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- University degree in business management, engineering, finance or related fields;- At least 3 years of work experience at Fintech or IT company;
- Experience in innovation management from conception to implementation;
- Knowledge of world news, recent trends, new technologies and consumer behavior;
- A solid understanding of innovation and how it should be applied in business;
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to prioritize and navigate in a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to manage multiple and diverse projects at once;
- Advanced management and leadership skills;
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders (internal and external);
- Excellent command of English and Russian.
