ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Softconstruct is seeking an experienced Head of Internal Audit for Kovkas Agro to handle all the internal audit assignments of an organization.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans
Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost saving;
- Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts, etc.;
- Prepare and present reports that reflects audit's report and document process;
- Act as an objective source of independent advise to ensure legality, validity and goal achievement;
- Conduct follow up audits to monitor Restaurant&Hotel Management's intervention;
- Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding sector's rule, regulation and best practice, tools, techniques and performance standards;
- Maintain open communication with Management and audit committee;
- Maintain high confidentiality in regards to Restaurant&Hotel Management privacy;
- Follow appropriate procedures to provide for the security and safety of the Restaurant&Hotel Management accounts/ finance;
- Responsible for application of Restaurant&Hotel regulations, and adhering to existing laws and regulations.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance or other closely related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in auditing or accounting preferably in Hospitality;
- Experience in a management role;
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Auditing Standards;
- Knowledge of Accounting and Finance Principles and Practices;
- Knowledge of a variety of reporting procedures, regulations and law;
- Ability to manage large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports;
- Planning and time management skills;
- Critical thinking and analysis.
