ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

AMarkets Ltd. is looking for an active and motivated candidate to manage the Company's International Business Division in Yerevan. The Company would like to see a result-oriented person with good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Participate in forming the Company's strategy in the Iranian and Arabian market;
- Actively develop business division and be responsible for management of sales (increase of sales volume), work with KPIs;
- Analyse the results and reporting;
- Responsible for the full management of the division;
- Responsible for workflow organization, coordination, planning and control of the current activity and team building;
- Increase the database of active partners and their efficiency;
- Negotiate with clients and partners;
- Take control to achieve plans;
- Responsible for the staff recruitment and training;
- Manage tasks by Asana program;
- Manage administrative matters;
- Participate in the Company's projects.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Fluent or native knowledge of Farsi language; fluent knowledge of English language; knowledge of Arabic is a plus;
- At least 2 years of experience in management of sales at a brokerage or financial company;
- Knowledge of financial markets, especially Forex;
- Successful experience in development and management of any business division;
- University degree;
- Strong skills of team management, business communication and negotiations;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs and CRM;
- Ambition, initiative, active and positive lifestyle.
