Tel-Cell is looking for a Head of Marketing Department.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Develop and implement strategic and tactical steps for the Company's marketing activities;
- Make researches of the market and its segments;
- Research the competitiveness of products;
- Study customer satisfaction dynamics and trends;
- Develop new promotion models and methods for the brand;
- Develop concepts for new products and create new ways to expand the services;
- Participate in the process of developing the Company's pricing policy;
- Determine methods of marketing research in a given direction, make researches of the competitive environment and the advertisement;
- Develop programs research, make budget of researches and manage allocated financial resources for the researches.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Higher education in business management, marketing, sales or in a related field;
- 3 years of work experience in marketing;
- Knowledge of tools and technics of marketing research;
- Good knowledge of digital and social media marketing;
- Knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages; knowledge of another foreign language will be considered as an advantage;
- Analytical and creative thinking and ingenuity;
- High sense of responsibility, commitment and punctuality;
- Team working skills.
