ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Armenian Territorial Development Fund is looking for a Head of Procurement Department.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Develop and implement a targeted strategy for the activities of the groups included in the Department;
- Collaborate with international donor organizations to update information on procurement procedures;
- Collaborate with other ATDF departments to identify procurement needs and plan further work;
- Coordinate and supervise all works related to Works and Goods Procurement and Consultant Selection departments;
- Follow up on procurement plans development for various ATDF Projects;
- Assist the Executive Director in developing semi-annual and annual work plans and reports;
- Prepare an annual performance appraisal of the staff of the Department based on the data received from the leaders of the subordinate groups;
- In collaboration with the group leaders, prepare semi-annual and annual reports, sections presenting the activities of the Department;
- Identify the training needs of Department staff; and plan their training and retraining on-the-job basis or through systematic training courses.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Higher education;
- At least 5 years of work experience in the field of procurement;
- At least 3 years of work experience in projects funded by international donor organizations; work experience with the World Bank (WB), the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) will be considered an advantage;
- Computer skills (MS Office);
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English languages; knowledge of Russian language.
