ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Central Bank of Armenia is looking for a leader with a strategic mindset to join CBA team at the Financial Supervision Department.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Coordinate processes and activities related to prudential supervision at banks, ensure effective cooperation with banks and directly related departments;
- Coordinate the assessment of corporate management, risk management, and internal control systems, as well as the financial condition and business models of banks;
- Coordinate activities aimed at mitigating the risks identified at banks.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Develop your knowledge and skills;
- Directly manage projects related to the activities of the Service;
- Make an active and significant contribution to the development and implementation of the new framework of prudential supervision at banks;
- Cooperate and collaborate with various international experts and relevant foreign authorities.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Bachelor's/ Master's degree or equivalent in Economics, Management or a related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in the financial sector, experience in a managerial position will be considered an advantage;
- In-depth knowledge of banking legislation and regulatory framework;
- General knowledge of tax and civil legislation related to the financial and banking sectors;
- General knowledge of international standards relevant to financial analysis, risk management and internal control systems;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, good knowledge of English and Russian languages;
- Leadership skills;
- Management skills;
- Strategic thinking;
- Analytical skills;
- Communication skills;
- Collaboration skills;
- Ability to take initiative;
- Problem-solving skills.
Additional advantages will be considered:
- Project management or participation experience;
