Your Role
If you like the hospitality industry and have experience in the field, then the position of Administrator at Concept Hotel By COAF (Children of Armenia Fund) is a perfect role for you. More specifically:

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝

Your Team
By assuming the role of administrator at the Concept Hotel you will join the COAF SMART business and operations team (with a service provision contract) and will work under the direct supervision of the COAF SMART Business operations deputy manager.

Maintenance and operations (90%)
- Perform the check-in and check-out of the hotel guests;
- Make the reservations and ensure an accurate data entry;
- Respond to incoming inquiries and provide information about the hotel rooms, amenities, prices and other available services;
- Proceed with the payments strictly following the accepted terms and procedures;
- Maintain the hotel software by providing accurate data entry;
- Provide the guests with all the necessary information for organizing their trip to the neighboring sightseeing.

Suggestions and upgrades (10%)
- Come up with proposals aimed at increasing the efficiency of the front desk operations at the Concept Hotel.
