ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

HSBC Bank Armenia CJSC is looking for an enthusiastic person full of drive and energy who is ready to pass a 3 to 9 months internship in the Bank's Human Resources Department which assumes full-time involvement from 09:00-18:00.
The intern will pass proper on-the-job training and will get acquainted with HSBC policies, systems, requirements and culture. If the intern completes the internship successfully he/ she may be considered for employment upon role availability.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Make all arrangements required for different types of testing based on business needs;
- Coordinate and conduct the classroom testing sessions;
- Make the system arrangements for PC based testing;
- Responsible for interview administration (contacting employees, sending invitations, e-mailing the post interview results, etc.);
- Update the databases with interview feedbacks and test results;
- Collect the required documents from new hires and scan the original packages;
- Timely and accurately process and administer new hire/ internship related paperwork;
- Responsible for opening of pre-employment vetting checks for new hires and interns;
- Prepare letters requested by employees to be presented to different organizations (embassies, schools, universities, etc.);
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Strong detail orientation skills for administering paperwork;
- Good knowledge of English and Armenian languages;
- Good knowledge of Word and Excel;
- Good team player;
- Active, enthusiastic, personality with good judgemental skills;
- Capable to deal with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and high level of professionalism.
