ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
Miniso AM LLC is looking for an enthusiastic HR Manager to be in charge of leading the Company's HR strategies, tactics and team. The incumbent will develop, implement and design HR strategies analyzing the market tendency. The HR Manager will be responsible for providing guidance to the Company by evaluating and developing HR strategies, planning and coordinating efforts, communicating the HR policies to the team and building awareness and positioning for the Company. He/ she will set up Company goals matching Company perspectives in the market; oversee and manage staff relations to ensure maximum revenue, promotional coverage and opportunities are achieved; set up team work and department ongoing procedures on daily and long run perspectives.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Create an HR Department strategy in line with the business needs of the Company;- Responsible for the full cycle of HR processes, such as recruiting, onboarding, adaptation, performance appraisals, interviewing;
- Supervise and coordinate HRM administration/ documentation, such as hiring/ resignation processes, vacation calculation, contracts, agreements, orders;
- Administer an annual employee engagement survey and work with the Management to maintain strong employee engagement;
- Responsible for preparation of the training and development annual plan for the staff;
- Develop, organize and coordinate staff motivation and employee loyalty plan;
- Ensure positive internal communication.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Bachelor's degree;- At least 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the retail industry;
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Windows;
- Good knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Interviewing and negotiating skills;
- Strong decision-making skills;
- Effective oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to work with various departments and independently with minimal supervision;
- Database management and record keeping skills;
- Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
