ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Mr. Gyros is looking for an HR Manager for the Human Resources Management Department.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Develop, implement and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the Organization;
- Create and revise job descriptions; implement and manage the recruitment, selection and training processes;
- Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and regulations;
- Ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resource Management;
- Maintain Department records and reports;
- Prepare employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers or promotions;
- Carry out other job-related tasks assigned by the CEO.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Higher education, preferably in Human Resource Management or Business Management;
- At least 3 years of work experience in a related field;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Analytical and presentation skills;
- Critical situation management and quick decision making skills;
- Successful planning and organizational skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages, both oral and written;
- Computer skills.
