Career Center Client Company, which is specialized in online gaming casino field, is looking for an HR Manager to join its team.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Organize and formulate various plans for the Company's human resources development;
- Establish and improve the human resource management system, including recruitment, performance, training, salary and staff development, etc.;
- Provide suggestions on human resource strategy, organization construction, etc. to the Company's senior decision makers;
- Improve the Company's comprehensive management level;
- Responsible for providing guidance on the human resource management of subordinate companies;
- Recruit excellent management team and implement talent development reserve plan.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- 3 years or more of human resources experience in local companies; 2 years of experience in management;
- Understanding and familiarity with Armenia labor law;
- familiarity with the operation process of various practices of human resource management;
- Fluency in English language.
