FXTM Armenia is looking for a candidate to fill the position of HR Specialist. The position has dual reporting lines: to Global Head of HR and General Manager of Armenia.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Manage the HR administrative processes for the Armenian Office (prepare legally required documents: personnel files/ employment contracts, additional agreements, attendance and vacation schedule, etc.);- Monitor vacation, sick leaves and absence in the Armenian Office;
- Fully responsible for recruitment in the Armenian Office;
- Oversee the recruitment and on-boarding processes in Foreign Offices according to the Company policies (draft job description, advertise vacancies across different channels, perform the phone/ Skype interviews, etc.);
- Source candidates through professional networks (LinkedIn, etc.);
- Provide support on HR management reporting;
- Participate in the development, implementation, and communication of all HR related projects and procedures;
- Perform other relevant tasks assigned by Line Managers.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- University degree;- Absolute fluency in English language;
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in the HR administration or recruitment;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills and attention to details;
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment;
- Ability to work under strict deadlines;
- Ability to work extra hours whenever required.
