ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University is looking for a candidate for the position of Human Resources Manager.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Be able to handle academic, administrative and headhunting HR functions;
- Prepare efficient network of talents within the University and beyond;
- Conduct hiring process, including recruitment, testing, interviews and contracting;
- Develop, implement and analyze KPIs for the University staff;
- Perform other job specific responsibilities upon necessity.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Degree in Management, Public Relations or a related area;
- At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position;
- Exceptional communication skills;
- High-level computer proficiency;
- Energetic and self-motivated person;
- Industry specific knowledge will be viewed as an advantage.
