ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Gapex LLC is looking for an enthusiastic Import/ Logistics Manager, who will be responsible for all import/ logistics duties, including but not limited to searching various markets to find necessary products according to the budget and requirements, selecting carriers, researching shipping methods and assessing budgets.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Identify, structure, negotiate and close revenue-generating relationships with potential partners;
- Maintain existing partners and carry on negotiations with new contacts; stay in permanent contact with partners in compliance with changing market needs;
- Monitor, record, analyze and report on activities, trends, results and recommendations relating to marketing and import activities;
- Liaise with other departments in order to establish and maintain effective and relevant import activities and support in relation to the Organization's sales and purchasing;
- Manage the necessary documentation and online forms for the efficient, cost-effective and lawful execution of all import activities;
- Negotiate contracts for purchases and manage contracts as required to enable effective trading, operations and customer/ supplier relations;
- Translate documents, website articles and other materials from English language into Armenian language and vice versa;
- Plan and implement marketing strategies and activities on various advertising platforms consistent with overall aims and requirements of the Organization;
- Create, update and monitor social media profiles.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Higher education in Business Administration, Linguistics or other relevant fields;
- Practical experience in a similar position;
- Good understanding of sales and marketing strategies;
- Well-developed communication skills;
- Knowledge of budget management, international trade and taxation;
- Ability to easily comprehend and organize shipment processes;
- Fluency in English language.
