ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Unichem LLC is looking for a highly qualified person to fulfill the position of Import Manager.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Execute category-specific supply strategies, ensuring that products are specified and optimized with the best supplier input and capabilities;
- Discover profitable suppliers and initiate procurement partnerships;
- Identify and order the proper quantity of products, negotiate pricing and shipment terms, and oversee the timely delivery of materials;
- Prepare the required package of documents for preparing and concluding contracts with foreign partners;
- Organize and oversee products import documentation with partners and relevant government agencies, ensure compliance with legal requirements;
- Strictly follow the importing process and delivery deadlines;
- Maintain adequate inventory, schedule and receive shipments of products;
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness;
- Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients;
- Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms;
- Perform other job-related functions.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Higher education;
- At least 3 years of working experience as an Import/ Procurement Manager, Import/ Procurement Officer or Head of Procurement;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English languages;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement/ import techniques;
- Knowledge of the ways of analysis, collecting, processing and information transfer;
- Knowledge of business ethics and rules for establishing business relationships;
- Ability to work in teams or independently;
- Strong interpersonal skills.
