ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
FINCA UCO CJSC is looking for an Internal Control Specialist. Under close supervision, the Internal Control Specialist assists in controlling of the Company's operational activities by controlling and reviewing all transactions (lending, cash, retail and other) in strict compliance with Company's internal policies and procedures.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Carry out the internal control functions in accordance with Internal Control Procedures and Instructions;- Conduct risk assessment of all branches and/ or functional departments/ units;
- Observe and control performance of the service centers by using distance (red flags, MIS reports) tools or on-site visits; ensure they operate in accordance with Organization's policies and procedures; follow Code of Conduct;
- Responsible for preparing, presenting and maintaining reports regarding internal control reviews in a timely and accurate manner;
- Report risk management issues and internal control identified deficiencies; provide recommendations for Organization's operations improvement;
- Conduct meetings with service center management and discuss all findings in details;
- Conduct special investigations under supervision of the Head of Risks, Compliance and Internal Control Department;
- Follow-up on missing items or non-compliances and report all findings to the Head of Risks, Compliance and Internal Control Department;
- Escalate findings to the Head of the Department;
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance;- 1-2 years of experience in controlling or operations of a financial organization;
- Demonstrated knowledge of internal controls;
- Demonstrated knowledge of EEC policy; ability to work in a diverse environment;
- Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities; exhibition of objectivity and openness to others' views;
- Ability to meet productivity standards, complete work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity;
- Ability to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Fluency in Armenian and English languages, both spoken and written; knowledge of Russian language is preferable;
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word;
- Ability to travel extensively.
