ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
KPMG Armenia is looking for an Internal Control Specialist to join its team.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
Work to perform includes but is not limited to the following:- Analyze internal control framework, including policies and key risks, in order to ensure that the Company has adequate controls to prevent unintentional and intentional errors in reporting, processes and business operations;
- Identify and assess the control mechanisms of the Company according to the annual plan of the Risk Management and Internal Control Department;
- Conduct control design testing process collaborating with the parties involved in the process. IC is responsible to structural unit in periodic self-testing of operational effectiveness of controls within the departments;
- Participate in testing process and make report about the conducted testing process, consequences, identified process related interruptions and submit to the participated parties;
- Work collaboratively with central risk management team, business, and process owners to implement and monitor remediation efforts that result from internal control assessments, ensuring the effective implementation of corrective action;
- Maintain the Risk and Control Matrix and business process flowcharts up to date;
- Participate in new process/ project formalization, identify the process gaps and give recommendations to formulate policies and procedures to improve internal controls, compliance and efficiency;
- Prepare report on work performed and submit to Central Risk management team for review;
- Follow up and reporting on performance;
- Develop and update internal regulations on internal control system in the company, maintain it in compliance with KPMG standards in internal control.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;- At least 3 (three) years of experience on a similar position;
- High attention to details;
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Excellent documentation, communication skills;
- Fluency in Armenian and English languages;
- Having the Certification in Risk Management such as PRM, FRM, ORM, ISO31000, CRMA, Lean, Six Sigma, Process improvement or equivalent is desirable.
