ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Energize Global Services is looking for a highly motivated and success-driven person to work as International Sales Manager.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base;
- Create client databases and work with them;
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships;
- Develop motivational materials;
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives;
- Design and recommend sales programs and set short-term and long-term sales strategies;
- Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential;
- Analyze sales statistics, make forecasts, oversee and manage local and overseas sales;
- Hold meetings and negotiations with potential and existing corporate clients;
- Promote and sell Company's products and services on B2B marketplaces in the field of IT and software development;
- Prepare commercial proposals;
- Participate in recruitment of the Sales Department staff;
- Plan, organize and control the activities of the Sales Department for great performance and achievement of goals;
- Train and supervise the Sales Department employees;
- Monitor customer satisfaction and demands.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- At least 10 years of experience in a managerial position in international B2B sales, preferably in IT and Software industry;
- Higher education in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or in any relevant field;
- Proven management, teambuilding and coaching skills;
- Active, energetic and creative personality;
- Excellent negotiation skills;
- Strong decision-making abilities;
- Excellent communication skills in English and Russian languages;
- Good verbal and written business communication skills;
- Good interpersonal skills and devoted team player;
- Advanced computer skills.
