The objective of the audit is to conduct examination of IT and information security management processes and related technical controls in accordance with international best practices and provide recommendations for improvement of overall level of the Company protection and IT management.ՊԱՀԱՆՋՆԵՐ՝
The audit scope will include the following:- Logical security;
- Logical access controls;
- Management of privileged and vendor access to the Company's information systems;
- Management of user access rights management;
- Application security and change management of IT infrastructure and business-critical applications;
- Secure maintenance of in-house developed and mobile (if any) applications;
- Change management of IT infrastructure and business-critical applications;
- Data integrity and data management;
- Information processing;
- Data leakage prevention controls;
- Database change management;
- Backup approach and data loss prevention controls;
- Incident management and business continuity management;
- Examination of business continuity planning and management processes and related activities;
- Disaster recovery plans and backup approach;
- IT procurement;
- Examination of IT procurement planning and execution processes in accordance with business requirements;
- Examination and assessment of IT supplier selection and management processes;
- Examination and assessment of IT process/ function outsourcing procedures;
- Examination and assessment of IT supplied services quality control procedures;
- Assessment of organizational setup of IT and IS functions;
- Segregation of duties;
- Communication lines and reporting lines;
- Competences and duties.
The following deliverables are expected on the result of IT audit:
- IT Audit report included the following:
a) Executive Summary;
b) Detailed findings and recommendations;
c) Action plan and prioritized list of activities according to identified risks.

The offer prepared by the bidder and all correspondence related to the offer can be in English or Armenian language. The bidder shall indicate the price in AMD.
