ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

PicsArt LLC is looking for an IT Monitoring Junior Specialist who will be responsible for monitoring the Company's IT systems under a 24/7 environment. Position holder is required to perform initial response to arisen problems/ issues and give timely reports to direct supervisor.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Monitor dashboards/ system logs, maintain Server and Network infrastructure and ensure relevant departments are informed of potential risks/ service impacts on a timely manner;
- Monitor backup process, system logs, security logs and report suspicious activity to direct supervisor;
- Respond to Network and Service events, open and assign trouble tickets when needed, and report such events to direct supervisor;
- Interact with Engineering team and other stakeholders to resolve necessary issues;
- Work in a 24/7 environment: be on call 24/7 and operate a shift work as assigned.

- Good knowledge of technical English language;
- Excellent team player;
- Problem solving and relationship management skills;
- Strong attention to detail.
