ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Zeppelin Armenia is looking for a candidate for the position of IT Support Specialist.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Accept applications for service and maintenance in the Service Desk;
- Provide users with technical support (Windows 7, 10; Office 2010, 2013; 1C);
- Remote administrating work stations, peripheral and network equipment;
- Responsible for equipment inventory;
- Interact and control the work with contractors.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- At least 2 years of experience in technical support;
- Knowledge of client versions of the Windows family;
- Knowledge of Active Directory;
- Skills in installing and configuring office software;
- Advanced 1C skills;
- Knowledge of network equipment, and principles of construction of WAN/ LAN;
- Knowledge of conversational and technical English language.
