ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
Iteam is currently looking for an IT Support Specialist to join its team. The responsibilities of IT Support Specialist include, but are not limited to, helping desk requests, troubleshooting, computer hardware, new PC installation and configuration, peripheral device maintenance, wireless installations, Active Directory maintenance, work station imaging, Server and Hypervisor maintenance, IIS support and any other duties assigned by IT services.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners;- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks;
- Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests;
- Provide technical support across the Company, this may be in person or over the phone;
- Set up accounts for new users;
- Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- At least 2 years of work experience in a networked Windows desktop/ server support and a Help Desk support role;- Experience in Microsoft Windows desktop and notebook computers, including set up, imaging best practices, maintaining and troubleshooting;
- Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting Windows 7 and 10, Server 2008 through 2016, Hyper-V, IIS, VoIP, Internet connections, business applications and associated peripheral devices;
- Understanding of network switching, firewalls and VLAN;
- Experience in installations of hardware and software, including set up, maintenance and troubleshooting;
- Ability to do cabling works, UTP and video surveillance systems;
- Coral, Photoshop, 3D Studio Max installation ability;
- Experience with VPN, RDP, AD, DHCP, DNS, IIS, Hyper-V and Virtual machines is a plus;
- Familiarity with SQL, Office 2010-2016 and 365, DOS, Windows 7 and 10, PowerShell and Batch files is a plus;
- Detail-orientation and excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Knowledge of conversational and technical English language.
