FXTM Armenia is looking for an IT Systems Administrator to join its team. The incumbent will be responsible for the 3rd line global support and project completion. He/ she will participate in various infrastructure projects: monitoring improvements, automation of procedures, telephony architecture redesign, and many more.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Provide all kinds of server support, administration and upgrades (local and remote);- Create and update Tech documentation;
- Supervise and train other IT Specialists;
- Work on global infrastructure projects;
- Monitor system administration and improvements;
- Provide cover for the 1st and 2nd line support staff whenever required;
- Provide cover for provision and setup new user hardware, software and accesses;
- Respond and resolve emergency incidents outside working hours when needed.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- University degree in Computer Science or a related field and/ or a relevant experience;- At least 3 years of work experience;
- Strong Windows Server and Hyper-V (2008r2 and above) operating skills;
- Strong understanding of Network Routing and Switching principals;
- Monitoring system setup and administration experience;
- Scripting language knowledge (powershell, etc.) would be a plus;
- Previous hands on experience with VoIP/ SIP (Asterisk) would be an advantage;
- Hands-on experience with Unix/ Linux and MySQL would be considered as an advantage;
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate closely with remote team members;
- Ability to constantly learn, take on challenges and achieve them;
- Fluency in English language.
