ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

ID Bank is looking for an experienced, motivated and qualified IT Technical Support Specialist to fulfil the responsibilities listed below.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications and make needed upgrades and repairs;
- Diagnose and resolve computer hardware and software issues;
- Configure, manage and support virtual environments and network equipment;
- Perform routine network startup and shutdown procedures, and maintain control records;
- Help maintain network and computer system security and ensure that all systems are operating correctly;
- Test fixes to ensure problems has been adequately resolved;
- Test and evaluate new technology and recommend its implementation;
- Create and verify backups of data;
- Advise users on operation of equipment and applications;
- Prepare training materials and train users on the proper use of hardware and software.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science;
- At least 1 year of experience in IT;
- Good knowledge of computer network and Microsoft products;
- Good knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Ability to work independently;
- Time management and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to handle in difficult situations;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Attention to details, ability to multitask.
