ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
SoftConstruct is looking for a Junior Business Process Specialist who will evaluate and assess existing business processes and work flow in all departments and design solutions for the improvement and development. The candidate should have passion to writing, creating and developing texts.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Evaluate and assess existing business processes;- Design solutions to process issues, develop procedures, policies and create documentation;
- Manage improvements teams and implementation processes, implement and facilitate changes;
- Monitor and conduct ongoing analysis on business processes, continuously assess the achievement of process goals;
- Modify and update procedures, policies, continually adjust processes to meet changing business needs;
- Develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements;
- Develop and maintain business processes documentations.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Bachelor's degree;- Ability to create and manage documents using Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides; competency in MS Office;
- Advanced knowledge of Armenian and English languages;
- Knowledge of IT industry business model;
- Skilled at writing;
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both written and verbal;
- Ability to prioritize work and manage tasks with conflicting deadlines;
- Ability to work collaboratively and use initiative;
- Ability to identify and initiate process improvement activities.
