ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
Dexatel is seeking an analytically oriented and qualified person to work as a Junior Finance Officer.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Control and oversee financial functions of the Company;- Work with all external financial institutions, including banks and other finance sources;
- Responsible for the accurate distribution of the Company's receivables within stipulated deadlines;
- Establish and maintain financial accounts, and process invoices;
- Responsible for credit control and money collection;
- Meet cash and debtor day targets set by the Company;
- Chase overdue invoices by telephone, email or any other communication means within agreed timescales;
- Handle disputed bills and negotiate to bring payment within the agreed terms;
- Ensure that all transactions are compliant with the Company's policies.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Degree in Finance or a relevant field;- At least 1 year of experience in finance and/ or credit control;
- Ability to work in a team and individually;
- Excellent communication skills in English language;
- Excellent negotiating and decision-making skills;
- High sense of responsibility.
