ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
SPAR Armenia is looking for a Junior IT Support Specialist to join its team.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Oversee the daily performance of computer systems;- Set up and maintain all the IT-related operations and procedures;
- Provide support to employees with technical issues or questions;
- Configure and repair software and hardware;
- Evaluate, prioritize and respond to incoming requests;
- Confer with the management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications;
- Prepare software or hardware evaluations, and recommend improvements or upgrades;
- Conduct studies and analysis required by the Supervisor;
- Analyze market and choose the best value price for the new hardware/ software purchases;
- Ensure the vendors provide quality and timely services.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Bachelor's degree;- Work experience in IT;
- Basic network troubleshooting skills;
- PC hardware installation and configuration skills;
- Solid understanding of implemented software and systems;
- Good knowledge of English and Russian languages.
