ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Junior Lawyer will be responsible for developing various legal documents, drawing up comments and interpretations of legal acts, elaboration of documents related with court representation, representation in different state/ judicial bodies, elaboration of legal reviews, legal researches and analysis, providing explanations and advices for the Company’s clients.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Develop legal documentation;
- Develop standard contracts, claims, letters, etc.;
- Develop standard documents for legal entities’ registration, change;
- Responsible for representation in respective state /judicial bodies;
- Develop legal analysis, legal reviews, including national and international experience;
- Design documents for RA judicial and State bodies, particularly- applications, petitions, mediations, etc.;
- Provide legal advice and assistance for the Company’s clients in the following fields: corporate law, labor law, contractual law;
- Perform other job-related task assigned by the Head of Legal team and the Company’s Director.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Higher education in the field of Law;
- At least 1 year of experience as a Lawyer;
- Reporting skills; analytical thinking;
- Advocate license will be an asset;
- Fluent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Negotiation skills;
- Logical and analytical skills;
- Time management skills;
- Communication and representation skills.
