ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

SoftConstruct is seeking for a Junior Licensing and Certification Specialist to maintain communication with regulating authorities, generate reports and prepare applications.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Review legal requirements imposed by the regulator for the licensee company, such as country of registration, company type and structure, shareholding, directorship, etc.;
- Review technical requirements imposed by the regulator for the licensee company or the product under certification/ testing;
- Prepare applications, including Due Diligence forms;
- Complete license application documents for the submission to the regulator;
- Maintain communication with regulating authorities, independent testing laboratories, auditing companies, third party providers;
- Generate reports based on specific requirements;
- Analyze markets, assist in writing business plans and financial statements;
- Complete other relevant tasks assigned by top management.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Management or any other related field;
- Excellent knowledge of English language; knowledge of other foreign languages is an asset;
- Strong analytical thinking skills;
- Great attention to detail;
- Strong time management skills;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
