ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
Evocabank is looking for a Lawyer. The ideal candidate is a person with eagerness to find out-of-box solutions and use innovations; strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in team; and high sense of responsibility.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Verify the acceptability and legitimacy of the documents ascertaining the rights to the property subject to pledging in favor of the Bank;- Verify the lawfulness of loan and collateral agreements;
- Make sure the agreements to be signed between the Bank and its counteragents are in compliance with RA legislative requirement, prepares new agreements if appropriate;
- Draft standard forms of agreements used in banking;
- Periodically review the CBA regulations and Bank’s internal legal acts concerning the execution of his/ her duties and make sure all the relevant requirements are met;
- Draft letters of authorization to act on behalf of the Bank, keep track of the timing of their validity;
- Provide legal advice.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Law;- At least 1 year of professional experience as a Lawyer;
- Excellent knowledge of the Civil Proceedings of RA, Civil Jurisdiction and CBA Regulations;
- Strong practical mind;
- Ability to work in teams, strong communication skills;
- Initiative, high sense of responsibility;
- Good knowledge of Armenian and English languages.
