ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

"GeoProMining Gold" LLC is looking for a full-time Lawyer, with the main specialization of corporate law, to join a dynamic legal department team. The ideal candidate must be an experienced team-player with the ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Prepare, draft and review various types of contracts, agreements, corporate documents covering all aspects of the Company's external activities;
- Review internal regulations and orders;
- Verify the compliance of internal documentation with applicable legislation if needed;
- Draft and issue legal opinions;
- Liaise with governmental bodies on a variety of matters pertaining to the Company’s operations;
- Prepare periodic reports relating to the Legal Department’s performance on key corporate issues.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Bachelor’s and master’s degree in Law;
- At least 5 years of experience as a Lawyer in the field of corporate law;
- Knowledge of corporate, civil and labor law legislation;
- Practical experience of working with multinational firms and involving national and international corporate law;
- Excellent working knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages; knowledge of English language is preferable;
- Ability to assume responsibility and ownership of the tasks at hand;
- Ability to work under time pressure and produce high-quality deliverables in a timely manner;
- Negotiation skills;
- Team working and time management skills;
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office);
- Advocate license will be viewed as an advantage.
