ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

HSBC Bank Armenia is looking for a Lawyer to join its team. This role provides legal advice, guidance and support to ensure that the legal and reputational risks faced by the area of coverage are identified, reported and mitigated.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Provide legal advice related to banking activities, with the focus on commercial banking, and trade financing;
- Draft standard and non-standard legal documents (procedures and contracts), including those for special projects;
- Review and advise on legislative developments and their possible impact on the activity of the Bank;
- Represent and protect the Bank's interests in relations with regulators, other authorities, interest groups and organizations;
- Work in a team and provide necessary input and support to other members of the Legal Department.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Professional and practical knowledge of the RA legislation, especially the banking law;
- Experience in negotiating, drafting documentation and leading crossboarder and/ or multinational transactions;
- Knowledge of local legal softwares;
- 3-5 years of prior legal experience, from which 2 years in the financial field;
- Experience in drafting legal documents, both in Armenian and English languages;
- Fluency in Armenian and English languages, both verbal and written;
- Good typing skills; good knowledge of basic Office programs (e.g. MS Word and Excel).
