ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Instigate Mobile is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join its team in Yerevan. The Lead Software Engineer will participate in the design and development phases of several projects by understanding the business requirements, undertaking design activities, defining the technology stack of the projects, performing coding/ testing, consulting/ mentoring team members, discussing and deciding the project development plans and participating in strategic discussions with the Management.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Conduct business system analysis with Engineering/ Project Manager and/ or Company's clients to define project requirements and stakeholder needs;
- Periodically review and monitor the existing software architectures, discover the technical debt, eliminating it and preventing its accumulation;
- Specify and design the software architecture and solution; prepare the development plan based on the requirements and their priority;
- Develop highly complex, efficient and scalable software systems with multi-technology components, test and troubleshoot them when necessary;
- Apply best practice techniques; monitor and input into the Organisation's standards and processes;
- Periodically discuss the project status, challenges with stakeholders, make decisions and development plans based on the project priorities;
- Work as part of a team (can include also remote members); help team to grow in knowledge, participate in management discussions, support long-term Company growth.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Experience in living at least 2 weeks outside of Yerevan within Armenia;
- At least 5 years of experience in web development; at least 1 year of experience in technical leadership;
- Solid knowledge of computer science concepts, especially data structures and algorithms;
- Focus on full-stack web development;
- Experience in designing at least 3 large software systems, understanding the business system requirements, breaking them down into user stories, features and designing software architecture and roadmap accordingly;
- Solid and demonstrated experience in preparing design documents in English language;
- Solid and demonstrated experience in testing applications, including writing unit tests, test automation scripts;
- Superior knowledge of JS/ TS based concepts and frameworks (Node.js, React.js or Angular/ Angular2+);
- Superior knowledge of HTML/ HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, responsive designs;
- Superior knowledge of SQL and noSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, CosmosDB, ElasticSearch, Splunk);
- Working experience in scaling the platform, data engineering methodologies and solutions (ETL, MapReduce or Hadoop/ Hive);
- Working experience in Linux environment, Apache/ Nginx/ Tomcat;
- Working experience in SCRUM/ Agile development process, including related tools (JIRA, Redmine, Confluence or GIT);
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff;
- Positive, constructive and "can do/ learn" attitude.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Working experience with Python, Django and Flask;
- Working experience with web mobile hybrid frameworks;
- Working experience with cloud computing technologies (AWS, Azure or Redhat OpenShift);
- Working experience in continuous integration/ dev ops tools and technologies (Jenkins, CircleCI, Docker or Kubernetes).
