ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Inecobank is looking for a Learning and Professional Development Division Senior Specialist to join its team.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Participate in the development of Division and annual planning process, implement projects related to improvements;
- Realize key indicators and functions regular analysis, participate in the preparation quarterly/ annual report related to learning development;
- Implement annual training needs collection from departments, participate in the process of making an annual learning development plan;
- Initiate and realize training courses: coordinate organizational deals, prepare materials, make an agenda, control the process, conduct courses if needed.  
- For new employees:
a) Make training plans and organize appropriate courses;
b) Collect feedbacks from mentors and stakeholders at the end of learning development;
c) Implement training process summary and make a decision related to the next steps.
- Implement training programs automation: prepare and automate materials, manage overall program, perform intensive work with participants of the online program, provide feedbacks;
- Realize staff training programs for upgrading qualification;
- Ensure relationships with the Bank's external partners and individuals, explore new companies and introduce them offer for cooperation.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Excellent understanding of Human Resource Management principles, processes and mechanisms;
- Excellent understanding of training developments, qualifications and other learning processes;
- Good knowledge of project management basics;
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English languages; good knowledge of Russian language;
- Excellent command of MS Office.

Business skills and personal qualities:
- Teamwork skill;
- Ability to teach;
- Negotiation skill;
- Professional organizational skills;
- Representative skill.
