ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Tetra Tech ES, Inc. is looking for mid-level Legal Consultant to work with a team of international and local experts to support USAID Market Liberalization and Electricity Trade (MLET) Program. This is a consultancy agreement for the period of 01 June 2022 - 31 May 2023 and the Consultant will be compensated for a maximum of 210 days of labor.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Work closely with the MLET team to review and develop legal and regulatory documents/ reports in the energy sector of Armenia;
- Search for and review Armenian legal and regulatory documents related to the energy sector of Armenia, including but not limited to the laws, Government decrees, resolutions of the Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC); provide a summary of this review, if requested;
- Review international legal documents related to the sector, if requested;
- Provide assistance in comparison of local and international requirements, if requested;
- Participate in various meetings, seminars, workshops with the GoA Ministries, PSRC, Energy institutions, if requested;
- Adhere to internal and external deadlines;
- Perform other job-related duties, as assigned by management.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Master's degree in Law;
- At least 2 years of professional experience; experience in the international organizations/ projects will be considered as an advantage; experience in and knowledge of Armenia energy sector will be considered as an advantage;
- Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages, both for oral and written communication;
- Strong communication skills: ability to clearly explain the thoughts, legal opinions and memos;
- Relevant computer skills;
- Demonstrated flexibility and cooperation in duties;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills; team player.
