Converse Bank is seeking a vigorous and skilled Loan Specialist to join the SME Finance Division and to provide efficient identification and acquisition of new customers.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Responsible for the identification of customers and attraction of potential borrowers in SME financing sector;- Promote banking services designed for SME;
- Responsible for business and financial analyses;
- Responsible for loan portfolio management;
- Perform market research in the field;
- Monitor loan repayments, effectively negotiate overdue cases;
- Create and manage an own loan portfolio in line with the business plan of the Bank;
- Develop new tools and techniques to attract new customers;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Bachelor's or master's degree in one of the relevant fields;- At least 2 years of work experience in the related field;
- Good knowledge of banking, accounting and Tax Law;
- Knowledge of agricultural industry;
- Good knowledge of Armenian and Russian languages;
- Good team and individual player;
- Excellent conflict management and problem solving skills;
- Confident and professional communicator, good in negotiations;
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately;
- Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan.
