ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
On behalf of Cisco Corporation Yerevan office, Alias LLC is looking for a Lobby Ambassador to provide engaging and efficient visitor and facility services.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Ensure that all visitors are greeted courteously, ensure Security Clearance is arranged and checked with the landlord security services by the Lobby Ambassador;- Possess technical skill to operate office equipment as IP phones, Telepresence Unit, copy machine, facsimile, etc. (appropriate training will be provided);
- Provide host service (service coffee, tea, water);
- Deal with suppliers to order products, beverages and related products for the office;
- Ensure that identification badges and information on site safety and emergency procedures are issued to all visitor’s;
- Ensure the input of visitor details using provided register log system;
- Provide a prompt, efficient and polite response to both visitors and internal customers either face to face, via the telephone and/ or e-mail communication;
- Notify hosts of visitors’ arrival and where guests not collected, make follow-up calls;
- Actively assist to ensure compliance of the Reception SLA’s;
- Assist with admin and facility operation duties as directed by the Facilities Manager;
- Ensure that Reception image is kept up to standard and in line with Cisco Standards document;
- Prepare conference rooms for meetings, events;
- Provide any assistance to employees and guests on emerging issues and challenges;
- Organize guest parking;
- Communicate with the landlord of the Business Center.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- Higher education;- Customer service skills: ability to organize and prioritize own workload to ensure a high level image is maintained in reception area;
- Experience of similar environment; commitment to team culture and approach to service delivery; ability to deal with staff at all levels; flexible and willing approach to work, excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, PP);
- Great communication skills at all levels;
- Creative thinker able to develop new ideas and solutions to client problems;
- Fluency in Armenian and English languages; fluency in Russian language is a plus.
