ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Globalink Logistics is looking for a Logistics and Transportation Assistant to perform the following tasks:
- Processing of requests and offers to the department manager. Filling in the system with required info;
- Drafting contracts with contractors, and transport companies. Monitoring of signing, updating, timely return and validity/ early signing of contracts with contractors;
- Filling in transport and shipping documents. Filling out transport applications for carriers;
- Preparing payment documents, and invoices of suppliers for transportation. Collecting and providing all the required documents from all involved parties.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Preparation of instructions for the airport, marking of cargo;
- Organization of timely filling of the agency database of the Department;
- Presence at deliveries, packings and preliminary inspections/surveys;
- Assist the manager in all aspects;
- Assistance in coordination. Checking daily mail/ printing all correspondence;
- If necessary, perform other work in the department as per manager's instructions.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Higher education;
- Work experience is preferable;
- Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written);
- Understanding the company's activities, policies and procedures.
