ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

The role of the Logistics Department Manager in Zeppelin Armenia LLC is to lead all the logistics activities in the Company, manage Warehouse team and lead parts operations (parts replenishment in Armenia, inventory control and parts returns).

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Manage logistics activities in most productive, cost-effective and accurate way;
- Prepare freight quotation requests to ensure that all appropriate documentation is available for shipment; negotiate the freight pricing conditions between logistics network and sales/ customer;
- Be intermediate between internal departments and clients to guarantee in time and accurate hand over of goods and customer satisfaction, including manage/ controlling stock Levels, delivery times and transport costs;
- Be lead arranger for transport insurance, and deal with all kind of transport damages/ losses with insurer;
- Arrange shipment process as required; participate in both international and local level logistics projects;
- Communicate with customs brokers to assure right documentation and in-time customs clearance;
- Lead the project of inventory control of spare parts and parts inventory forecasting;
- Control parts inventory analysis and reporting;
- Manage the machine order planning process to have most accurate machine supply to fulfill the given sales forecast from Primary Product Sales team;
- Lead warehouse team and control warehouse operations;
- Define annual targets according to agreed goals with Caterpillar and Zeppelin International:
a) Forecast accuracy;
b) Inventory turn;
- Define Parts Operations targets according to agreed goals with Caterpillar and Zeppelin International:
a) Territorial parts service;
b) Parts moving turn;
c) Leadtime;
d) Parts returns;
- Achieve Primary Product and Spare Parts (incl. Warehouse) Contamination Control targets;
- Maintain organizational development: develop professional team who can independently fulfill their responsibilities, particularly:
a) Warehouse Manager;
b) Stockmen;
c) Logistics Specialists;
d) Inventory Control Specialist;
e) Deputy Logistics Manager;
- Optimize Inventory Level with strong Inventory Control;
- Manage the Warehouse team and development of Warehouse Manager;
- Keep and further improve logistics performance: delivery time, costs, customs clearance process.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Higher education, preferably in technical sphere;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian languages, both written and verbal;
- Excellent time management and negotiation skills;
- Flexibility, ability to cooperate with colleagues and partners;
- Teamwork skills, ability to manage the big team;
- Problem solving skills;
- Effective multitasking skills;
- Good knowledge of MS Office, 1C knowledge is a plus.
