ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝
Finca Armenia is looking for a talented Market Research and Analytics Specialist who will take care of the Company's research projects, market data collection, systematization and analysis to provide the information required for strategic decision-making.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Coordinate market research projects, including research design and planning, development of methodologies, creation and localization of data collection tools, fieldwork management, data validation and quality control, analysis and reporting;- Develop and maintain systems for continuous collection of market data on direct and indirect competition, industry trends, opportunities and risks, existing and potential client insights, brand performance and other relevant topics to support management decision-making;
- Analyze and triangulate information across research, market and internal data to find out underlying trends and signals to support management decision-making;
- Develop and maintain reporting systems and formats to share the necessary information with respective members of the staff in the most useful and user-friendly way;
- Support the department manager in continuous analysis of marketing performance to support increasing the effectiveness of marketing activities;
- Conduct feasibility analysis to support new product launches and revision of existing product terms and conditions;
- Perform other related tasks assigned by the management.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- University degree in Sociology, Marketing, Economics, Statistics or other related areas;- At least 2 years of professional experience in coordinating research projects as well as personally performing individual stages such as research design, development of methodologies and tools, data collection (quantitative and qualitative interviews, focus group moderation), data processing, analysis, and reporting; previous experience related to financial services is a plus;
- Profound knowledge of statistics, quantitative and qualitative research, data analysis tools and methodologies;
- Strong knowledge of SPSS and MS Excel; knowledge of other statistical and data analysis software is a plus; good knowledge of MS Office;
- Fluency in Armenian and English languages; knowledge of Russian language is a plus;
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, attention to detail and accuracy;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently;
- Travelling flexibility.
