ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

FINCA UCO CJSC is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join its team.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Prepare promotional materials aimed at attracting new customers and retaining the existing ones as well as increasing brand recognition throughout the country;
- Identify events specific to the interests of company's current and potential clients, and determine an effective way to participate in/ organize these events, keeping in mind the overall goal of such activities – increasing visibility, image and recognition of the company;
- Keep the standards of the brand (corporate colors, logo, images, slogan, messages and corporate style in general);
- Standardize the interior and exterior of the branches applying brand standards in line with FINCA Global Corporate Branding (FGBC) standards;
- Ensure that all designs (in printing materials, forms, internal and external communications, presentations, promotional materials) align with FINCA Global Corporate Branding (FGBC) standards;
- Participate in the cultural transformation process of the company;
- Perform other specific marketing-related tasks assigned by the management as required.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- University degree in Journalism, Marketing, PR or a related area;
- Relevant experience (especially in the financial and banking sector) is an asset;
- Strong multilingual skills: fluency in English and Armenian languages; good knowledge of Russian language;
- Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint, CorelDraw;
- Excellent writing skills in Armenian and English languages;
- Strong self-motivation and initiative;
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communications skills;
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to work within strict deadlines and in a dynamic environment;
- Awareness of and adherence to business ethics;
- Readiness to travel to the RA regions and work in flexible schedule.
