ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

FINCA UCO CJSC is looking for a Marketing Specialist, who will be responsible for preparing advertising and promotional materials aimed at attracting new customers and retaining the existing ones, as well as increasing brand recognition throughout the country, standardizing the interior and exterior of the branches applying brand standards in line with FINCA Global Corporate Branding (FGBC) standards.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Implement PR and advertising activities in FINCA, particularly write articles, prepare and distribute regular press releases, including those covering the events organized by FINCA or other content, as required, for placement in FINCA newsletter, magazines, company website, social media or other media;
- Monitor Company website and social media traffic and update them; ensure the fulfillment of legal/ CBA requirements, related to the publication of information;
- Cooperate with mass media and increase the awareness rate among general population; arrange press conferences and interviews with FINCA Leadership;
- Prepare promotional materials aimed at attracting new customers and retaining the existing ones, as well as increasing brand recognition throughout the country;
- Identify events specific to the interests of the Company's current and potential clients, and determine an effective way to participate in/ organize these events, keeping in mind the overall goal of such activities, i.e. increasing visibility, image and recognition of the Company;
- Keep the standards of the brand (corporate colors, logo, images, slogan, messages and corporate style in general).

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- University degree in Journalism, Marketing, PR or a related area;
- Relevant experience, especially in the financial and banking sector, is an asset;
- Strong multilingual skills: fluency in English and Armenian languages; good knowledge of Russian language;
- Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint;
- Excellent writing skills in Armenian and English languages;
- Strong self-motivation and initiative;
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to work within strict deadlines and in a dynamic environment;
- Awareness of and adherence to business ethics;
- Readiness to travel to RA regions and work in flexible schedule.
