ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

The AIP requires the services of a media monitoring company/ individual to comprehensively monitor and analyze media (print, broadcast and online, including social) on corruption/anticorruption topics to assist AIP in evaluating its media coverage qualitatively and quantitatively, both as-it-happens and retrospectively.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Monitor, track and analyze (including qualitative assessment of coverage) general news clippings on corruption/anticorruption topics (including social media of influential individuals and politicians):
a) Print coverage, including where coverage is not available online;
b) Broadcast;
c) Online outlets including those behind a paywall; all these should include major outlets (to be specified during the contract signing);
d) Main social media channels including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.

- Monitor, track and analyze the performance of specific media materials released by AIP/with AIP support topics (including social media of influential individuals and politicians):
- Print coverage, including where coverage is not available online;
- Broadcast;
- Online outlets including those behind a paywall; all these should include major outlets (to be specified during the contract signing);
- Main social media channels including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.

Deliverables
- Weekly and quarterly coverage and analysis reports. The report must, among other, include filtered list of media materials that are focusing on the topics of corruption/anticorruption. The list elements should contain:
a) The title of the selected piece of content;
b) A short summary or excerpt of the content;
c) The title of the media outlet that published the content;
d) Author of the content (when applicable);
e) Publication date;
f) The type of the publication (TV/Radio/ Print/ Online);
g) A link to the original content (when applicable);
h) Standard coverage analytics.

- Ad-hoc coverage and analysis reports on media releases and media statements issued as and when requested by AIP to capture AIP special events and campaigns that take place throughout the year. The report must, among other, include filtered list of media materials that are focusing on the topics of corruption/anticorruption. The list elements should contain:
a) The title of the selected piece of content;
b) A short summary or excerpt of the content;
c) The title of the media outlet that published the content;
d) Author of the content (when applicable);
e) Publication date;
f) The type of the publication (TV/Radio/ Print/ Online);
g A link to the original content (when applicable);
h Standard coverage analytics.

-Trend analysis reports as and when requested by AIP.

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- At least 5 years of proven business experience in media monitoring and reporting;
- Having at least 3 active clients and providing a list indicating description of services, contract duration, value and contact reference for at least 2;
- Monitoring software capacity for access through desktop, laptop, iPad, and smartphone via an app;
- Multilingual but focusing on Armenian, English and Russian languages;
- Media accreditation to press clipping and media monitoring organizations;
- At least 2 letters of reference attesting client satisfaction.
