ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ՝ 

Armenian Branch of Association “Medecins Sans Frontieres” (Switzerland) is launching a project to support Republic of Armenia Ministry of Health (MoH) with the Hepatitis C elimination plan with evidence for optimized models of care to scale-up the access to Hepatitis C virus (HCV) care, and with the elimination-targets by expanding access to screening, diagnosis and treatment. The Project will provide access to timely Hepatitis C screening, diagnosis, and treatment through a simplified “one-stop-shop” service delivery model in two different settings: in existing MoH Primary Health Center (PHC) (Polyclinic) in Yerevan City targeting general population in one-stop-shop-model and including differentiated services delivery models for key populations in partnership with community-based organization in a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) approach.

Main Purpose:
Carrying out medical data collection and entry activities into the mission database recording all relevant clinical and demographic data on patients and ensuring data quality/reliability, according to MSF protocols and maintaining confidentiality while producing the appropriate, updated documents for the medical team in order to support decision making processes.

ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝ 

- Perform data entry of all epidemiological information into select databases program and create appropriate reports, provide data for project development purposes;
- Ensure that all data entered has been authorized and that appropriate documentation has been received (patient records, treatment monitoring, etc.). Ensure that all data entry processes occur in a timely and efficient manner;
- Ensure all data collected and entered to databases is consistently accurate and complete. Responsible for ensuring that quality control queries of the database are followed up, ensuring identification of data entry errors and corrections. Immediately report to the supervisor, any anomalies in the database;
- File documents according to MSF standards;
- Keep a stock, monitor, and distribute data collection forms for clinical and health promotion team;
- Support Health Promotion team to trace patients on regular basis by producing list of patients missing appointments;
- Assist in the compilation and preparation of regular reports and provide detailed information to medical and laboratory teams (weekly, monthly, according to patient treatment requirements).

ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝ 

- Higher education degree, desirably in Information and Technology (IT) or Mathematics field;
- At least 2 years of work experience in data entry/ analysis;
- Knowledge of Armenian language (mother tongue); good knowledge of English language; knowledge of Russian language is an asset;
- Computer literacy (MS Office package).
