BD Retail Group LLC is looking for a Merchandiser to work in its DeFacto store.ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ՝
- Execute merchandising and floor moves based on seasonal changes, business needs, and trends;- Create monthly floorsets for roll-outs, update stores with merchandising documents and style mannequin;
- Ensure compliance with objectives by training the staff in the DeFacto's way of selling, product knowledge, Company's background, and key performance indicators; use Company's training materials and created account specific materials;
- Use strong business acumen to increase top line sales by merchandising top sellers and writing orders to support stock levels;
- Assess weekly reports in order to fulfill merchandising needs and properly showcase key items;
- Design in-store fixtures, oversee store renovations and plan floor layouts in order to exceed goals and competencies.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ՝
- At least 1 years of experience in merchandising;- Talent for design, color and style;
- Creative flair and imagination;
- Strong interest in current and future design trends;
- Visual/ spatial awareness and manual dexterity;
- Effective communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to engage and work well with a range of teams.
